We source from all key coffee-producing regions including Kaffa (birthplace of Arabica), Yirgacheffe (floral, citrus, high-elevation specialty profiles), Sidamo (balanced, sweet, versatile lots), and Guji (complex, vibrant, specialty-grade coffees).
Our sourcing network includes established relationships with farmers, washing stations, and dry mills across Ethiopia, allowing us to secure commercial grade coffee, specialty coffee lots, washed, natural, and honey-processed coffees, and traceable micro-lots.
